Talk about a lost art and the cause of many  digestion problems like gastritis,  colitis  etc

It’s literally unbelievable when I go to a food combining site with charts , how everyone of them shows mixing protein [ meats] with carbs [ bread] as being a poor combination when the bible shows the exact opposite . Jn 6 : 9 ,  Matt 14 : 17 . Unbelievable . Reminds me of Isa 59 : 15 . Is there anything you read or hear today in this modern time that is true ?

                                                                [ Basic  rules  ]   

     Don’t Mix :

 1]  Starches [potatoes ] with meats  [ steak , fish] etc !
2]  Fruit with vegetables
3]  Nut’s and grains [ try it you will pass gas about a half hour later for a while ]
4]  Dairy and fruit
5]  More than “2” different fruits at one time
6]  Alcohol with fruit
 7]  2 types of protein at one meal ie ; [ nuts with meat , eggs with steak] .

These” 4″ can mix or go together [  bread , meats, vegetables , dairy ] . As the bible shows Gen 18 : 1-7 [Niv] bible .  As well as :  nut’s and fruit

 


                                                                      Thoughts

All the food” combing chart” company’s  are telling you, that you can’t eat [ carbs] bread  with protein [ meats] nonsense , “not” true . You then wouldn’t be able to have a sandwich ,  pizza , which is ridiculous . For example at restaurants people order a fish sandwich telling the waiter hold the bun  no , no , no  !!!.

Again , you must eat bread  [ carbs] with your [meats] protein to keep from going into Ketosis ,  which is “unhealthy” , contrary to what you hear today .

The bible shows you can mix bread with meats and dairy for instance . Gen 18 : 1 – 7 [Niv] bible .

Again , For those who say it doesn’t matter how you mix foods , eat a piece of bread with some nuts , and I guarantee you will be passing gas a little while later .

The reason people fart is because of the mixing of too many food groups at one meal . Think about it  !!!.


  Again , I still can’t believe when you go to all the food combining site’s that everyone of them teaches you can’t eat carbs [ bread]  with protein [ meats]  , when that is exactly what you want to do to keep from going into Ketosis , which is very unhealthy .

In the bible Christ fed masses of people giving them fish [ protein]  and bread [ carbs]  Matt 14 : 17  , Lk 9 : 16 , Jn 6 : 9, Jn 6: 11 , Mk 6 : 38 [Niv] bible . 

I am trying to find a basic , true correct chart on food combining , but I can’t find one .

There is nothing wrong with mixing the “3” macronutrients [ Carbs , protein , fat ] at one meal .
